recipe of a cake-Sport
- 300g wholemeal flour or chestnut
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g muesli mouliné
- 2 tablespoons of ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons pieces of hazelnuts
- yeast
- dried apricots moulines
- raisins moulines
- 0.5 L of soy milk vanilla flavor
Mix well, butter pan and bake in oven gas mark 6 for 45 min
and cut into 4 meals for 4.
